GUIDING SERVICES:

Hunters have to be registered with a guiding service approved by Spirit Lake Tribe with proper license to hunt any Tribal Land within our boundaries.

HUNTERS:

Follow all regulations and be courteous to all the landowners within our exterior boundaries. If a NO HUNTING sign is posted, signed, and dated then you are restricted from hunting in that particular area, unless you received permission or from some reason the posting is not legal. (See section 18 No.1 below.)

The Spirit Lake Nation wardens are not only there for enforcement purposes, but also answer questions or assist you in any emergencies. Always remain respectful toward the wardens and expect the same in return. Cooperation and safety will ensure a successful season for everyone involved.
